Developer Dimps and Bandai Namco Entertainment are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 with a new title update!

Players will see the download live now as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update 1.54 | 1.006, and this brings new content for free, with new costumes, login rewards and more.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 10th Anniversary Update Adds New Content for Free on October 27

The big addition is the Final Festival of Universes, which starts on October 30. Per Bandai Namco, “During this global celebration of the game, hard-to-find items will return, along with some special items that can unlock rewards for the upcoming DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3.”

Final Festival of Universes: Players “will be able to raise your camaraderie level with characters who have accompanied you on your journey, choosing between Trunks, The Supreme Kai of Time, or Fu. Doing so will unlock special illustrations. In addition, hard-to-obtain items will be coming back, and you will be able to earn 25 times more Star Coins than usual, making it easier than ever to exchange them for rewards.”

Participants will also receive a new gi, especially created for the occasion, and a commemorative medal. “Possessing either of the items will allow you to unlock special items, depending on the item you own, in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3 by linking your Bandai Namco ID, once the game becomes available in 2027,” Bandai Namco adds.

The update today will add:

• New login bonus rewards
• Special costumes
• An update to the Gallery of Time, which can be unlocked by purchasing the “Future Saga Chapter 4” DLC.
