Dragon Ball fans have created a new game that combines the characters of FighterZ with the strategic gameplay of Teamfight Tactics, and you can play it for free in your browser.

Called FighterZ Tactics, the unofficial game uses the roster from Dragon Ball FighterZ and places its characters into an auto-battler similar to Riot Games’ Teamfight Tactics, only it uses Dragon Ball characters instead of LoL champions.

Rather than controlling individual fighters and pulling off combos, the challenge comes from choosing the right characters, positioning them on the battlefield, and building a team capable of defeating your opponents.

And unlike most modern games, there’s no download or installation required. You can jump straight into a match through your web browser.

Available at dragonballtft.online, FighterZ Tactics follows a similar structure to Teamfight Tactics, with players purchasing characters like Goku and Majin Buu, and placing them on a board before battles begin.

Between fights, you can spend resources on new fighters, refresh the shop for different items, or purchase experience points to help develop your team.

There are several ways to play, including matches against seven bots for anyone who wants to learn the mechanics without facing other players. Alternatively, ranked matchmaking supports up to eight participants, with bots filling any empty spaces. You can also create private rooms and invite friends using a room code.

Players can jump in as guests without registering, although progress is stored locally in their browser and those who want to keep their rank associated with an account can sign in through Discord.
