Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen Trailer Showcases Norgan Story and Enemies

Capcom has released a new trailer for Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, showing more of the story and enemies in Norgan. 

The team has also updated the free Dragon’s Dogma 2: Character Creation & Storage tool with the new character customization options included in Dark Arisen. The tool is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Players can use the tool to prepare characters before the expansion arrives, but the newly added customization options cannot be used in the main Dragon’s Dogma 2 game until Dark Arisen launches.

Moreover, it has been confirmed that partners from various regions have created new Official Pawns. These Pawns can accompany players through the expansion’s 12 Lost Rites Dungeon Challenges. Additional Official Pawns are planned for later.

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen launches for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam on October 9, 2026.

The $49.99 package includes the base game and Dark Arisen expansion, while the $29.99 expansion will be available separately on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-orders include the Norgan Fashion Set – Northern Attire, accessible through in-game storage at launch.
